Blue Mohair Fan Stitch

Thought I can't really remember which is my very first F.O, this one is certainly one of my earlier knits. My mom bought some yarn kits and since she's not really a knitter, I didn't want to put it to waste.

Here's the detail of the fan stitch and the scallop edge on the sleeves.
